Meet Brian Hayward
Brian is President of Aldare Resources, advising clients on governance, strategy, and business development.
Brian's current governance engagements include Wellington Altus Financial--recognized within the wealth management industry as "best of class".
He has been and continues to be involved in setting up the governance structures for organizations--such as family owned Princess Auto--and most recently, Matix Lumber and employee controlled Sigfusson Northern (where he engages in practical, hands on training of prospective board directors).
Brian's "Coaching & Mentoring" practice supports senior leaders to leverage latent skills, and build confidence and capacity.
Brian is an international leader, with professional experience on all continents (OK, not Antarctica!!). His board experience is deep and diverse. All told, he's had governance roles with over 25 organizations ( 700+ board meetings) in a host of capacities: senior executive, CEO, junior board member, senior committee chair, and over a dozen times, board chair.
