Meet Brian Hayward
Brian is President of Aldare Resources, advising clients on governance, strategy, and business development.
Brian's current governance engagements include Wellington Altus Financial--recognized within the wealth management industry as "best of class"--as well early stage Cerebra Medical. He is involved in setting up governance oversight of other organizations, including Matix Lumber and Sigfusson Northern's employee ownership.
Brian's "Coaching & Mentoring" practice supports senior leaders to leverage latent skills, and build confidence and capacity.
Brian is an international leader, with professional experience on all continents (OK, not Antarctica!!). His board experience is deep and diverse. All told, he's had governance roles with over 20 organizations ( 600+ board meetings) in a host of capacities: senior executive, CEO, junior board member, senior committee chair, and over a dozen times, board chair.
